So let me get this straight. People were supposed to contact Chamblee's and give them their order number so to me this would mean that Chamblee's has some record of all orders (I suppose in a computer). They say they would like to personally chat with people. My question would be why did Chamblee's not phone the customers in the first place advising them of the situation with the tornado and advise people of what they intended to do for the customer. By asking for your order numbers this would indicate they did still have records and these records would also contain the customers' phone numbers. They would have been able to contact everyone who was expecting rose shipments and it would have saved all the frustration and financial loss experienced by the customer. I am not personally affected but it interested me to know what steps individuals were taking to recup their money. Hope I do not ever go through this with a mail order nursery, I'd be freakin.
