Stapled? I've got lots of wood and bromeliads and orchids but I have a tough time getting them attached to the wood. It always looks ugly after I've wrapped it a dozen times to keep it stable, then after a month or so they come loose again. I gave up. I thought about using some kind of glue but staples are an interesting idea.

I agree Hetty, they could have done a lot better in picking wood. Those look like planks from a construction site.
