I have some of that! I will try it, I've got some gorgeous drift wood pieces that have been soaking in the pond for a few weeks. I usually put them in the pool first to kill whatever is on them and then leave them in the pond to hopefully get rid of the salt.
A day without sunshine is like, you know, night.
