I ordered and planted in my Zone 6b garden: Colocasia esculenta Royal Hawaiian Diamond Head in a large pot, Colacasia esculenta Royal Hawaiian Maui Sunrise in the ground, and Alocasia odora macrorrhiza in the ground May 20. We had plenty of rain through the summer but Late September and October have been extremely dry. I dug the bulbs to store over the winter today Oct 27 before any frost. The Alocasia had pups and not much of the original bulb, and the Colacasias were the same - no large bulb anymore. Should I try to store them as is or repot them and grow the pups over the winter? Thanks for all assistance.
