You're probably right about the Vanda. I gave the few orchids I hadn't killed yet to careyanna before she left my house Monday. 'Just can't seem to give orchids what they need. One winter, I left them on the patio that we've covered with plastic. I went out one evening to turn the heater on, and found four blooming orchids in February. No idea which kinds, afraid to move them inside to the heat, left them out and enjoyed the blooms. I marveled at how resilient they were with no help from me! Then I killed them with water and kindness.

I'd have to ask Carey, but I think most of his smaller orchids were $10. to $15., but I'm not sure.
