I too have had rabbit problems this year. This is the first time they have eaten irises. One mama made a nest in between two irises and had babies! We have way too many and no predators. Coyote urine is not familiar to them so no deterrent and the little bunnies grow up fast!!!

I have been putting socks on rebloomers and putting all of my pots under the deck or close to the house as we are having 3 nights of freeze warnings. I pack leaves around them or cover with pine needles. haven't gotten around to all of my new ones but most are covered with a half brick to prevent heaving and keep them warm.
