Diana, drinking some apple cider vinegar mixed with water, lemon, cinnamon etc. really helps manage my blood sugar swings when I do cave. And also staying active afterwards.
I agree...none of these sweets are "good" for us. Another weakness is French Fries and kettle cooked potato chips. 😎
I steer clear of rice and pasta and have been good about that for over 2 years. But I have occasionally given in to the french fries and potato chips.
