I bought Super Purple based on its rust resistance score of 1.3 and @Seedfork Larry's positive review above. I received four fans of Super Purple from Moonlight Valley Farms in September of 2021.

Super Purple has bloomed for me and has not shown any rust, and that is the sum of positive comments I can make about it two years later. It has not increased, has not reached anywhere close to its registered height, and it has put out just a few blooms in each of the two seasons its been in my garden.

In all fairness to the plant, I think its location may be an issue. I thought I had planted it in a great spot in a bed with several other thriving daylilies, but I planted Irish Envy next to it, and that plant hasn't increased either. So both of them probably need to be moved. I will try Super Purple in a different bed and then will report back next year. I hope its performance will improve as its blooms are lovely.
