@Mollie670, ooh, those are pretty! I haven't had to package bulbs for mailing ever, but my instinct would be to wrap them in paper - newspaper or small brown paper bag. They don't look to be small enough to fit in seed envelopes from the picture, but maybe #6 envelopes would work. I'd avoid plastic unless they are really dry. Alternatively, you could throw some rice in with them - it works for drying out cell phones!
