No such luck here. Sad No rain, and hot sun, temps in the 90s.

But oh boy, if you can't open doors, not a good sign. Several homes on our block had similar conditions in recent years, with cracking foundations and shifting soil. They were around $3000 to $5000 to repair. I guess I shouldn't complain about my $400 water bill. But I have been watering the foundation pretty well, and regularly. All I do is move sprinklers all day. I have two running now, and most days too.
