Hi, ! I don't know if this is the "scorch" that was talked about a few weeks ago, or what. I've got one good sized clump that has not done anything! It's green(kinda' yellowish, tho) except for the "brown tips, that every thing seems to have this year. It just refuses to grow new foliage. We moved the clump hear in the early summer of 2010. It seemed to take off ok, but didn't bloom in'11. Color has been a little off the whole time, so I've babied it a lot( bone meal, fert.,etc.) This year, clump seemed a little smaller, and even less healthy. Didn't bloom this spring, so I dug it out,cut the "old" material out ,trimed off the old, dead roots(seemed like there were a lot of them). Gave it a bleach dip, and replanted in new soil. This was 1st part of July. It has done nothing! Absolutly no new leaf growth. Fans are still that same yellowish green, but haven't "browned", or shriveled. Dug up one chunk yesterday to look, and there are new, white roots there (not as many as I think there should be). Rhisomes are nice and "sound". I had split up the clump, and planted some in another area ,and that looks the same. What do you think? Give it more time, or trash it? I'm sort of "gun shy" after reading all those "scorch" posts. Confused ...Thanks...Arlyn
