I concur with Dave. Disappointing budcount and generally unremarkable in my garden. As it ends up getting overlooked in favor of all its snazzier and more long-lasting neighbors, I haven't noticed stats, but I doubt it reaches 42" here. It needs grooming as spent blooms get hung up. Here it is from this past summer, June 15th. Call it peak bloom for this CV.

It has genuine spider form and the color is fine. It looks nice in the picture! I guess I hope for stronger habits and a bit more pizzaz in person. It's historic though.
