poor snake, and he thought he had a good place to snuggle! I know it sounds wrong, but these rattleless rattlers were full sized snakes and Florida put out a warning at the time to watch out for them. Cannot say I have seen them, but my daughter said she caught a 2 1/2' one in her laundry area at the time and she was aggravated about it.
