Serijo ..Im glad you found it (Clear Conscience) is a good parent and it will set pods the other one of Joe's more recent intro's to get if you can find it would be (Musicality) there will be lots of things blooming from it here in the spring it's very fertile and the little bit I saw bloom from it last season was excellent will be looking forward to your pictures
Lyn.. On Arrivederci it is a phenomenal breeder for the stalks it is everything we want to hybridize with lot's of pictures to show of seedlings from it when we get to the oregon gardens .. Thomas had 3-4 intro's alone last year from it .. It would be a great example of something to use to breed the stalks and the flower form with it as it passes those traits on to the kids and when you look up the pedigree it comes from some of Keith's best pinks if you don't grow it recommended !
On the question of bubble ruffled or ruffled that maybe just an ATP thing for the database I'm not sure but I like it the more description of a plant we get the better.. the database here is really an incredible tool for hybridizing as it shows all of the children a plant has made so you can track the pedigree by clicking on a link ..Kent has done a wonderful job with it and it is so much better then the AIS wiki in my opinion .. Bubble Ruffled was always one of Joe's terms he had a series of plants with it in the name look up (Bubbles Galore) (Forever Blowing Bubbles) (Double Bubble) (Bubbling Waves) etc and you can track them going backwards .. there was a bunch that brought that form forward that Joe is famous for
if he reads this he may step in and explain it better for us.. to confuse you even more we may get a new word for the more modern extremely ruffled look were starting to get he referred to these as last year as Fimbriated
