I have great sympathy as I also have difficulty with inflammation. For myself, taking most sugar out of my diet and eating a low carb diet has been a life saver. I ate keto for a couple of years and I basically got rid of the inflammation. I fell off last summer and was right back on the inflammation train. Cortisone shots didn't last and prednisone tapers didn't last much past the end of the taper. So I started back on the diet about a week ago and I'm already doing better. I don't know if it would help you, but it might be something you could check into. Smiling
