Hi 4susiesjoy beat me to it. I was going to suggest cutting sugar out of your diet to help with inflammation. I don't have a huge problem with it, but I get flare up of tendinitis in ankles, wrists, etc. and it's almost always after I've overindulged in sweets. A week with no sugar and I'm good to go. Hope this helps.
