Hi Fred, so glad to hear both you and Michele are safe. I was also worried about your newly planted seedlings with possible storm surge, but it sounds like you-all are just at the edge of all the chaos.

Tom, there are two things you need to keep in mind when suggesting names:

1. The name (without the "Lillian's") cannot have been registered by someone else. You can check your names by getting into the AHS website and selecting "Daylily Database Online" and then typing out your suggestion and doing a search to see if the name is already there. But you must leave off the "Lillian's" part when you do that.

2. The name cannot be more than 30 characters long, including spaces between words and punctuation marks. The name "Lillian's" plus the space following is 10 characters, which leaves you just 20 to work with.

Oh yes, and Fred usually gives direction at the top that the name should have something to do with the flower, colors, etc. -- what you are looking at. But we all seem to ignore that and just have fun!
