According to my propagation books, it can be done but not easily. Here is a summary of what they say:

Current seasons growth from 10 - 12 year old sheared plants in December - January. Use 5000 ppm IBA and 5000 ppm NNA in sand:peat (5:1 by volume). bottom heat (65 - 70), air temperature 50 and long day lighting. Success rate is about 10%
