Tom, you make beautiful looking pies and I am sure they taste as good as they look. I would love a slice of the rhubarb pie with a big scoop of ice cream.
Thankfully I used the last of the leftovers last night, there was one large roast chicken breast left, I sliced it and a few other small pieces in gravy and served over egg noodles, side was steamed broccoli dressed with a little maoli and parm. It was pretty good for leftovers.
