Amanda I haven't done tuna casserole in years. Not one of my favorites, but I don't mind it.

I had some leftover pork roast and decided to make roast pork hash. I've made roast beef hash before, but never with pork. So I thought I'd give it a try and it was good. I also had some lightly sautéed spinach and some Pinot Grigio. Something soft was nice after my dental appointment today.
