Today I fixed a requested pasta dish
Yesterday I made some oatmeal brown sugar cookies using some old fashioned oats..another request..in went nuts, fried fruit or chocolate chips..another request
Day before I roasted a chicken..darn thing cost me $14 bucks..I guess when they leave out the salt injection and antibiotics and process here in the good ole USA..it costs more? I had a hard time deciding if I wanted to eat it or put it in The Will and stick it in the safe! It was great ..the skin was very crispy and the gravy was great. Served with a side of rice pilaf and a salad.. make a chicken soup from the carcass and got 4 1/2 quart containers ..just added carrots and onions.. and froze it. The flat noodles will be added when I serve
Christmas dinner was a mess. Seriously. All the finicky eaters ..I fixed a bunch of food.. put it all up on the counter in casseroles and crocks.. and they served themselves.. the kids helped with the casseroles and the struffoli

I used foil pans..no way was I washing pans. I did use china.
I didn't take many photos ...I can't remember if I ate. Glad when it was done..we all had a good time
