Local honey is also great for those with allergies. The pollens found in it are good for keeping allergies in check, it's also good for gut health. We buy from the guy who brings his bees to the orchard we pick at. It's a mix usually and pretty good! Keep the bees happy. I was just reading some flowers are making self changes:
