For AG, the pizza crust recipe I use is:

Pizza Dough

1/4 c lukewarm water
1 Tbsp or 1 pkg dried yeast
½ tsp sugar

Mix the above ingredients together and let stand until the yeast is bubbly, about 10 minutes.

3 cups flour (I use 1 cup whole wheat)
½ tsp salt
Mix together

Add 1 1/4 C lukewarm water, yeast mixture and
2 Tbsp olive oil

Blend all together. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead about 130 times or more.

Place in lightly oiled bowl, turn dough to coat with oil and cover with a clean cloth (or damp tea towel).

Allow to rise for 45 minutes or until doubled. Punch down and then shape into crusts.

For me, this will make 3 pizza crusts. If you like them thicker, you might get only 2.

I divide the dough into 3 portions and flatten them. Then I cover them and let them rest about 15 minutes before rolling each portion out to fit a pizza pan. I allow them to rise at least 15 minutes before baking.

I like to pre-bake the crusts at 400 degrees for 5 minutes at which point they can be frozen in a large plastic bag until you wish to use them.
