I spent Monday at the cottage, making sure everything was as ready as possible for the drop in temp Monday night. Watered everything in pots, made sure they were as grouped tightly together as possible. They've survived teen temps there before so
I'm not super worried. Last time the teen temps was in late March though, did damage to emerging stems and foliage. Hopefully none of that this spring. Have a bunch of little roses in 3 gallon pots to unpack from the jeep, they'll stay in the garage until this extreme cold is gone, probably next Monday. Have foliage trying to unfurl on a few of the woodies I got from My Favorite Flowers and More, those are in the garage as well to see if I can keep it going until spring!
