Pirate's Prism has been a dud here. It's acted like a true Southern Belle.

Purchased in Spring 2021 from Tim Bell, it grew to 3 fans by October 2021 but no flowers
In 2022 it had 4 flowers between August 15 and September 1. By October, it was down to one rusty fan.
In 2023, PP started and ended the season with 2 fans. It never flowered.

This plant is in one of the best locations in my yard. Having only produced four flowers in three seasons, it is very close to being chucked for its space. I'll give it the next summer to improve performance.After that…
