Oh Annie, this is way too funny. I could go on and on.

This is what happened yesterday. I had gotten a brownie out of the freezer the night before, planning to eat it as my afternoon snack. I don't often have cravings for sweets and eat them sparingly, but when I have that craving, I HAVE that craving, you know what I mean?

Anyway, after working some long hours in the basement (still trying to make headway on the horde of my mom's things that I brought home when cleaning out her house) it was time to go upstairs and get that brownie. My mouth was actually watering for it. It was GONE!!! That rotten Mike had eaten it even though I had halfway hidden it on the back counter. He must have seen it when he gave River a dog treat. I don't get mad very often, but this incident made me mad. I'm the one that does the grocery shopping, and for the most part I limit snacky things, but I get some for having on hand when I do get an urge for something sweet or salty. Unfortunately, he eats everything snacky in sight - often in its entirety at one or two sittings. He even has the affrontery to leave empty bags or boxes in place, so I don't even know there isn't anything left Glare

On the way home, after I had called him to confront him about the brownie, he saw a bakery. He went in and asked if they had any brownies. When they answered that they didn't, he then asked "Well do you have a room?"
