I don't really enjoy the planning part. Usually because when I see it finished, I always think, "What was I thinking???"

About 3 or 4 years ago, I dug up a bunch of plants to give to the guy two doors down, who had just bought the house. It was his first home purchase, and he was so excited about seeing all the flowers in my yard. He wanted his yard to look nice, and I had plenty to share. So, I hauled the plants over, and he insisted that I had to show him where to plant them. I grabbed a plant, closed my eyes, and tossed it into the flower bed. I told him that this was how I did it at home. Wherever it landed is where it got planted! It was a bit of a stretch, but not by much! He recently got married, and all of us neighbors bought them some more plants as a wedding gift. I told them that they were on their own when it came to tossing them into the garden!
