Speaking of seed vendors, has anybody actually applied for the permit now apparently required to import small lots of seeds? If so, can you tell me how long it takes to get approved and how the permit works? I just had my latest order from Plant World Seeds confiscated which annoys me a great deal because the order I placed last autumn arrived with no problem at all.
