Ken, I'm not sure about what you are asking, but if you go to the Site Talk forum you will no doubt get an answer.
Basic uploading is just clicking the green bar below and getting your image from wherever you have it stored on your computer. Once you find it, then click insert and you'll see the code for it in your post, where that code is, there will be your picture.
But I think you are asking for more info than that, so maybe asking in the Site Talk forum would be your best bet.
