If I remember correctly,
@Vinity (Robyn), amends with a tiny amount of Epsom salts (as well as uses horse manure) to enhance blue/purple colored eye zones.
But too much of any amendment can be toxic to your plants if your soil does not actually need the amendment. So be gentle.
