Karen, about a month ago, my red Salvia plant showed its face that had reseeded from last year. Somebody sent them some Yvonne's salvia seeds..was it you? Tell me where are the seeds located; how do I harvest them? I looked inside the bloom today and there looks like some white seeds inside..is that them or where I will find them. My eyesight isn't too good right now because of cateracts..hoping when I go to Eye Dr. the last week of this month, he will say they are "ripe" and schedule surgery.

Somebody gave me two "Lady in Red" salvia seedlings at the May Plant swap and once we got rid of the 100 degree temps, and had some good rain, they took off growing but they are nothing compared to Yvonne's Salvia and I will move Yvonne's ove behind Prairie Sun Rudbeckias in the Fall I think.. I think that would be a nice combinations and plant some dwarf larkspurs in same bed. Will that be too much bold colors..what do you think?
