There are various strings of pearls and dolphins and beads (now Curio spp.) but the first plant is the form I recognize for C. rowleyanus. The second plant is possibly a variant of that species with extra-chunky leaves, or maybe a hybrid between it and a larger-leafed species. Don't know. I would expect it to have the same white, fragrant flowers, though.

The first plant looks like it could use a lot more light.
