Snip the tip where the newest leaf is growing at the top. Then remove a couple of leaves along the trunk where you would like new branches to grow. The plant will decide where new growth will occur, but doing these things makes it more likely that the nodes where you removed leaves are where it will happen, aside from the tip continuing to grow ass just one tip like it was, or it might bifurcate into tips.
