I originally planted Geometric Wizard in the newly created Patio Bed in 2020. I received two fans from Greywood Farms. One of them didn't make it to October. I mentioned it to Darlyn Wilkinson who sent me a gift fan in April 2021, bringing me up to two fans again.
In 2022, I had one bloom on July 7. By October, the two fans had a light case of rust.
In 2023, I started with the same two fans but was gifted 6 more fans as a bonus by Darlyn Wilkinson, bringing the total to eight fans. I finally saw some action that Summer, GW bloomed from June 27- July 15 with at least 15 blooms. By October it had grown an extra fan to end at 9.

This is a really striking bloom, very unusual. It isn't very big but it has a very big impact because of the striking eye. The base color varies from fleshy cream to butter yellow and the eye varies too but always interesting. People always comment on the photos. It doesn't look like anything else which is a big bonus in my book.
