The only one of the 4 I've grown is WOIA. So I can't say for certain if the other 3 are relief forms.

WOIA was terrible here only giving one or two open blooms each year and I tossed it. WOIA can show some light relief and can produce relief kids. Lee Pickles used Carr's plants in a lot of his hybridizing. Here's 2 of Lee's WOIA relief registrations.
WOIA x Shelter Cove

Awesome Bob x WOIA

To understand WOIA, or any early relief forms, you need to research the lines. WOIA is Mandalay Bay Music x Wonders Never Cease. Wonders Never Cease goes back to Sherry Lane Carr which parented America's Most Wanted and a number of other early relief forms. The Carr connection is a strong old line behind relief forms. Mandalay Bay Music is an old Salter intro that was a popular parent at the time. Both Curt HansOn and Dan HansEn used it in their sculpted programs.
Bill Robinson and Judy Farquhar both appear to show some light relief or maybe it's simply heavy substance/plumped with water. They both trace back to Tet. Barbara Mitchell, lines going back to Tet. BM or dip BM are known to produce Sculpted forms so there's that connection. Bill Robinson has 4 kids, no sculpteds. Judy Farquhar has a couple of possible light relief kids.
Some What Odd, I remember when Jim Townsend intro'd it and it was on my personal list as most likely relief. It stuck out because it appeared to be an early eyed relief form. The parentage is "some what" vague and I wouldn't use it in a relief program now because there are much nicer eyed reliefs to work with that come from lines of relief. Jim also intro'd Some What Peculiar, again possible light relief but no real parentage line or production as a parent.
Photos can sometimes be a bit deceptive as well where the substance and light create shadows that make a very slight surface texture look like relief. Deep set veins with heavy substance will also fool the eye into seeing relief.

Personally I wouldn't go back this far if starting a relief hybridizing program. Hybridizers have tossed hundreds, thousands of seedlings over all these years from these parents and while several of them are good parents and have produced intro's the number of registered relief forms is small. If you're looking to just add some relief forms to the garden there's a lot of good ones to choose from.
