Prunus serrulata 'Kwanzan'.is a good possibility with double pink flowers.
Definitely a cherry tree..Prunus sp.
As previously mentioned there are many Prunus sp and named cultivars.
Flowers look pink to me...there are no cherry trees with purple petals.
