Hi
Purchased lovely bare-root roses. They've awoken from dormancy: green, new growth nubs and sprouting stems, small leaves.
I'm in Boston [6b] with last frost, roughly, April 20th.
I'd like to plant now given they're 'growing.' Is this safe?
Thank you!
