Well, I think my first assumption was wrong. Upon enlarging SongofJoy's photo to take a closer look, the leaves of that plant appear a bit thicker and more succulent-like than Ficus, so it may very well be Adenium. I think I recall Carole being very good at knowing plants so perhaps it should remain at it's current database location.
