Teresa, I'm pretty sure Adelman's Peony Paradise has High Noon for sale this year. They normally offer both Sonoma Halo and YeDo, both incredible yellow Itohs. My favorite yellow tree peony though is Alice Harding. It's a tiny shrub, typically less than 2', with massive yellow flowers. The size of the flowers in comparison to the size of the plant just amazes me, it's "the little engine that could" of the peony world!

If your area is typically still plantable first week of Dec you might want to wait for Adelman's Black Friday sale. All remaining stock is 50% off, starts at midnight Thanksgiving night, Pacific time. The 2 Itohs are still fairly expensive and have been included in that sale several times. If you sign up for email alerts before you'll typically get a coupon code for free shipping as well, with a purchase amount that changes from year to year. Orders usually are shipped out on Monday from that sale so you'll get them pretty quickly. Just an option!
