I have been on here a few times, not as much as I should.
I have gotten great advice here and learned about bud builders which was a real surprise, I did not know they existed.
I have been ordering daylilies for a couple of months now and some are in pots, 18 arrived yesterday from Blueridge and the fans were huge. I looked them all up on the AHS data base and they are good daylilies as far as bud counts and branching. He sent me 7 bonus plants and they were huge also.
Today or tomorrow I will be receiving 49 from Maryott's. He was such a joy to work with. I have gotten some fabulous daylilies like GRANDMA'S SMILE, It was one of the first I saw and I did not know anything so beautiful existed, I was instantly hooked.
Will you tell me if there is any thing special you add when you plant your daylilies. I want to give them a good start.
