Leaves on this 10 year old seedling [S15-6] were looking terrible Crying so I dug it up
last year bloom Thumb of 2024-04-10/SunriseSide/893654
After peeling back dead/damaged leaves, 2 fans had little to no meristem, 3 others still had some pale [previously underground] leaves coming off the crown.
Didn't find any rot odor. Anyways, water-washed off all the dirt, gave them all a straight 3% H2O2 wash, potted them up, gave another H202 wash for the surrounding dirt, watered them in and put in the greenhouse. The two lacking obvious meristem were potted together. Now the waiting begins. Sighing!

I have another cluimp of S15-6 about 18" away showing no issues at all Confused

In other news, scapes are really popping up after the ~2-1/4" rain the last two days. Hurray!
Life is better at the lake.
