Rita, are the tomatoes that are frozen straight out of the garden really mushy when they are thawed? I'm wondering what the salsa will be like after it's thawed, since the tomatoes will be in chunks when they are frozen. I sure would prefer it if I don't have to cook them first!

I've frozen lots of fresh veggies before, but never tomatoes!
