Hi so glad I found the pet forum today!

I enjoy photography mostly at home..

Lily is my child, she is an unusual cat with her markings
I adopted her from a shelter almost 9 years ago
in Alabama.

I never tire of photographing her
I trained her to walk on a leash
and soft harness...here in the rural area.

We go outside daily and she has a huge cage to lie in the shade
on cool mornings with her fleece blankets...

to hear and see the birds
and squirrels and deer.

Always make sure she is never left in the sunshine on warm or hot days
while she is in the cage enjoying the outdoors.

She gets to walk outside with me every day also.

Once a week I take four fragrance free towels
and wet them with warm water and I wipe her
down and even her paws.

I then dry her with a dry towel..

One year ago she had her first but not necessary steroid shot
at the animal clinic.

She had a stroke within one hour at home.

Her eyes were affected even the pupils were not the same for months..

and face and who knows what else

Another vet said it was a cranial stroke.

So no return to the vet I trusted for 30 years because he was not
concerned when I called him after I left his office and the stroke
and damage began to Lily.

She is doing well now..one year later...with much prayers from friends and
myself.. Jesus healed her.
