I have an absolutly giant Japanese sweet potato in the oven baking right now. I just wash, stick with fork to put some holes and wrap in aluminum foil.
I gave my friend one yesterday to say you just need to try this. So she baked it but I still don;t know if she really liked ot or not. She said she loved the color but that it did not taste like a sweet potato to her.
