I get payment before anything is mailed. Never mail out anything before you have the money. Always use tracking and priority mail. The only issue I ever had was years ago a woman wanted a large number of plants and did not want to pay priority shipping, so I mailed them regular, and it took 3 weeks for her to get them. Of course they were all dried up by then, but I told her that I encouraged her to get priority for that reason. I can't remember now what we did, but after that I don't mail anything with out a tracking number. If the don't want to pay a few extra dollars for that, I won't sell to them.
