There is a Leaf Curl Disease, but leaves and branches curl when a plant is stressed, could be from irregular watering, cool weather, I don't see a sign quite yet that the manures you added had come from animals that were fed hay with a weed preventive, they would be stunted and curled like that, or more so, as those pasture weed preventives go straight thru a cow and back into the ground, there are pics of what those do to vegetables on the internet for comparison. The yellowing does look like a fertilizer imbalance, NPK should be lower on the N scale, but remember P is a salt, and really doesn't need to be higher than twice the N number. Depending on your soil I wouldn't go for higher NPK than perhaps a 6-8-8, or even 3-4-4. I like granular because it works into soil and feeds the plant a bit more even. I do feed a bit more at a time than recommended tho. Too much and too high a number on the fertilizer can turn stems woody and they won't take up nutrition. Also, what varieties are you growing, and are they determinates or indeterminates?
So many roads to take, choices to make, and laughs to share!
