Johannian: chickweed means the soil is extra happy and fertile. Hah! So I guess I have built up my so nice that weeds want to take over. Heck no. They can go populate the city heap. Whistling

AM: kid2s afternoon project is completed and went well.

Next question is my head is why did Mayo update their typeface? Trendy? Got tired of Palatino? Frankly it looked more classic than the new one. That said, don't ask why I'm thinking about that.

Plants on porch all watered. Yay! Still need to take cuttings but might do that once kid2 goes to ccd. They should root quickly I'd think. Maybe not grow super quick, but who knows.

And the hose leaks. Unsure I need a new washer or it tightened better than I could do. Which evidently was not tight enough. Go figure.

I should also head to the garage for my landscape fabric and plan to get those done too.

And I should head to the basement and see if I can find my black spray paint so I can refresh the troughs.

Alrighty the evening is suddenly busy!
Every gardener knows that under the cloak of winter lies a miracle ... a seed waiting to sprout, a bulb opening to the light, a bud straining to unfurl. And the anticipation nurtures our dream."
