The Meal Subscription plan I chose is from Modify Health. I can't wait but I guess I have to as my food should arrive here on Friday. Some places you can choose a day. This one they tell you when you get it. No choice. Once a week or you can skip.
I like the fact that all meals are gluten free, There are diet plan options so I chose the low carb one.
There were meal delivery ones that I looked at that were heavy in bread a lot. And grains like brown rice, white rice and quinia. Some protein on top of large portion of grains. I hate brown rice and not suopposed to have white rice, Also lots of wheat pasta. Pasta not for me.
