Cottage cheese with fruit is a good breakfast option.
Or the Hungarian spread: cottage cheese creamed together with sour cream, finely chopped onion and paprika (you can make a tub and keep it in the fridge for a week) on toasted pumpernickel. Cucumber slices on top don't hurt.
For the OG, I sometimes make cheesecake: cream cheese, yogurt, maybe some blueberries, fake sugar, eggs, very little flour, on a cereal crumb crust. He nukes it for a minute to go with his oat milk.
