Your first pics are of an opposite leaf arrangement shrub. A viburnum, like and Arrowood viburnum is a good guess. It cannot be a prunus as they have alternate leaf arrangement.

Similarly, the next seedling you show is alternate leaf, and cannot be an offspring of the first.
